This shit ain’t easy, this whole thing of being an entrepreneur, working for yourself, working from anywhere, the hustle never stops, yes – you trying to make money online, building a business, even the stuff i sell is not always easy for everyone, some people reach success faster than ever….
i struggled for my first 9 months in this industry and then went on to make six figures, then multi six figures, then seven figures, then multiple seven figures in like less than 4 years, not everyone can do that, so the best thing to do is to be your best self and only focus on beating yourself and being your best-self…
Comparing yourself to others and putting others on a pedestal is a loser’s game, so stop doing it if you are….
Everyone is on a journey – you are on a journey too, embrace that journey…
If you know you got that entrepreneurial bug, count it as a blessing that’ll buy you your freedom from the shackles of a dead-end job, or some 9-5 cubicle life.
I believe i’ve had a little unfair advantage cos of where i grew up from, hustling was part of my life as far as i can remember, when i was 14-15 i was selling phones in Sunday Market (Brick Lane, London) when i was 17 i was importing stuff from China to sell, when my friends was getting jobs, i was getting money on Ebay.
I would knock on my neighbours doors and tell them i am on my way to becoming a “Ebay Powerseller” and if they had shit in their garage, i would sell it for them for a commission…
From the beginning, I had entrepreneurship in my blood, i was more interested in getting money than playing sports or doing what normal kids would be doing, getting a job, getting a degree and working for 30 years for a pension.
Nah, no thanks. Scratch that.
When i was 19 i took all the money i had and went to Bulgaria to set up a property company. I had a grand plan that was going to make me millions and i’d retire before i was 21. It failed.
When i was 20 i thought i’d be smart to work for my dads construction company, steal his employees and start mine own, after the first project of laminating someone’s floor i made £90 / $140 and thought this is the way.
That fell short, as i got caught next day from my dad and his friends. That plan failed too. So i left.
As far as i can remember i hustled, alot of it was down to seeing how my father hustled, worked in factories and created wealth coming from a poor country and then settling in London and working his way up in the factory in Hackney, then in the property game.
This inspired me at a young age to want more, be more, do more, i’d see my mum on her second hand machine make skirts for 50 pence each.
Both my parents hustled, i hustled on the streets, i guess i became street smart and savvy from there and then built up on it.
I was very blessed to hang with my father’s friends when i was growing up, they were all broke bangladeshi guys that came to UK with nothing and in less than 10 years had kinda built themselves up…
it was a lot more interesting, intriguing and valuable than my days about the streets with the kids i knew growing up. You gotta hustle like you are lacking time, money, resources, by simply getting shit done.
One “hack” i use on myself - is making a sense of urgency and gathering i believe the worst thing that will happen if i don’t have this shit done.
The greater intensity you'll have within yourself, your small business that pressure drives one to either have a amount of friction or fulfillment, in any event it adds fuel to the hustling power.
Back to persistence, your degree of persistence when shit doesn’t workout will determine how long you go, there's really absolutely no way you can accept failure and quit, i've failed 10x more than i have succeeded, i guess it’s not sexy to share with how often you fail, but i’ll let you know now each and every successful entrepreneur we have met have failed more times compared to what they have won, the’ve lost more money compared to what they usually make…
Hustling has to be part of your lifetime, i had been very blessed yet still am being surrounded by those who have supported me, which has also increased me believing in myself more. One time i was talking with a friend / mentor of mine Peter Nguyen (he’s a problem) and i also remember just hearing him complimenting in my hustle and that i could sense in himself which he believes as to what i’m doing. (In those days, i never even met him in person!)

Obtaining the right people around you re-enforces, re-invigorates, re-emphasises that you're doing the right thing, in the correct time.
Attaining success isn't necessarily easy, particularly when you're new and getting started, it requires plenty of dedication, focus, attention and also you should be someone who is focused on self growth. Doing work Doubly harder on myself, on my small mind i quickly do in my business.
Mindset to approaching things is much more important than just the method that you do it, mindset results in using a strategic mindset where you can harness your unique ability to create maximum results.

When i was obviously a newbie kid (21yrs age) and accidentally found started within this industry i'd more setbacks than a lot of people, i'd dropped outta university in my final year, relatives and buddies laughing at the fact that i would like to get wealthy working from home…
I immediateley got into around $40,000 worth of debt while i bought right into a $20k multi-level marketing program then proceeded a rampage of buying every-and-any-damn course on the internet marketing.
You'll excel faster than anyone else if you invest in yourself, get the right coaching, mentoring, and guidance from people who you want to be like.
Increase your skill development and become more attractive in the marketplace, have persistence, be networking with the top level players in your niche, study sales, marketing, influence and persuasion.
As an entrepreneur you also need to be immune to criticism and have a high pain tolerance.
Your height of pain threshold determines your ability to succeed as it means you may not give up when things get tough, and oh boy - they'll.
Your first 6 figures is going to be tough. The first 7 figures is going to be tough. A 8 figures will be tough less then where i'm at risk of now, however have a strong fist and i'm punching and fighting my way there. Lol.
No seriously, i am. A few of my challenges i face are only so damn ridiculous, and i know most average people wouldn't normally be also in a position to understand it, however i possess a compelling “Why” along with a vision that gets me thru the cruel times. Make sure you have your own compelling future that will drive you forward even though you may think all just isn't working out.
Build these traits within yourself as an entrepreneur, create big goals, stick to your deadlines, and be held accountable.
Oh, and maybe the most important thing i can tell you, is stay detached to the end outcome, don't let your happiness be dependent on other people or how big your bank account gets, if i had nothing in this world, just my basic shelter i know ''ll be a happy camper.
Everything is an addition to my happiness, my happiness comes from within, comes from prayer, being in a state of gratitude, adding value to other people's lives.
Develop winning habits, start early, it's never too late. Find the habits that serve you and find role models who you can model off, and then develop the habits thats required, daily discipline is crucial for your success.
This is an unstoppable formula for success.
I'm assuming you are on the path to success whatever that means for you, i have one advice amongst many.
DON'T EVER GIVE UP. The rewards are so damn great. Have fun, don't take it too seriously. Now Get on with your hustle.
Lesson 2 : Money Isn’t Everything :(
Money doesn’t make your life perfect. How much an awakening…
Does such a thing exist, sometimes when i do live events and people reach me, instantly installed me on a pedestal as if i’m some perfect guy, one guy even believed to me i’m being a God to him. * i wanted to strangle him *
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. never put people on the pedestal. That which you wear a pedestal is definitely going to be out of reach.
Don’t idolise people. Because they're just people
Because people have several things a lot better than you, doesn’t mean they may be allowed to be put on something out of this world, they may be still nowadays, and it’s easy for you as well. When i meet immensely successful people then i just determine i want what they have, i just gotta learn and model off them.
I’ve realised this whole thing is only a journey, your trip, my journey, everyone is on the journey, i respect everyone, not just a millionaire or a billionaire however the guy who got pitched by his uncle to join Amway, or some other MLM and is also attempting to recruit his family and friends. I applaud you to have the guts to step into the fierce arena of entrepreneurship.
I don’t look down upon anyone, unless they are shorter than me, duhh. lol.
I’m just like my amazing maid which comes to my home having a beautiful smile to completely clean once per week, i recently do different things, that’s all.
Anyway back to my point, i will be still human, i still go thru shit, challenges, relationship trouble, employee headaches, procrastination periods, anxiety, worry, troubles on which i’m i doing, how i’m i doing the work, everything that stuff.
You might be going to become human, which means you will always possess some shit not workout, personally last Half a year was my relationship, now that’s cleared, now i’m taking care of my health, and my company and my vision.
That’s what every day life is.
Dealing with, scratch that - FIGHTING the challenges, hahahah!
My entire life just isn't dictated by how much cash i make or perhaps the desire to just have numbers, it’s the experiences, the freedom, the opportunity to post you - i would like to begin to build schools to guide orphans, i actually do some stuff like that, but it’s insufficient i wish to give more back.
You can’t help the poor if you are one of which this piece of wisdom continues to be tied to me for some time.
As long as I will be learning, growing, & evolving, adding value to other people along this “temporary” Journey called life… I am aware I’m in which I must be.

Lesson 3 : Motion Creates Momentum.

So that’s a few things i do much more of to keep me grounded. If you aren’t spiritual - find something external that’ll help ya.

I'd just discovered out recently i was spending $30,000 monthly / £20,000 per month on stuff, stuff i've absolutely nothing to show for, fancy dinners, toys, and i don’t even see myself as someone who is materialistic, go figure…
i've no clue why i used to be spending that, or the way it accumulated so far, after Six months of ridiculous spending too much money, after doing accounts again - i acquired slapped up and woken up. No more.
I don’t like budgeting since it kinda defies the purpose of why i’m in operation, but i begin to see the power, value and intelligence behind it and so now situations are changing
It can add up and can be detrimental to ones success, i remember when i was a first time and that i had made my first six figures - the first a couple of years the money i had made,i had blown it.
Fancy £400 dinners, fake-friends, partying, wasting endless time, and hanging with the wrong people.
It left me with - £286 (Minus) in my Barclays Bank account. That sucked.
Going thinking though - i’ll make this back and much more, because…
I HAVE A SPECIAL DEEP Relationship WITH MY TARGET MARKET…
And that i know how to market.
Still, one year later i did like a million bucks in sales.
All in all, i am still studying keeping money, investing etc. It’s a brand new growth, learning curve. Lesson 5 : Build A Team Of A-Players & Get An accountant los angeles
That reminds me, on the subject to getting money, hire competent people who can manage your numbers, you must always be taking a look at your numbers, each day - multiple times per day, understand resource allocation.
Hiring and developing a team gives you freedom, but additionally a lot of damn headache, stress, worry, problems if they aren’t the proper person of course, if you aren’t the right kind of person to manage them.

That shit scared me.
These things are Need to do - you’ll start growing really fast and the next thing you realize, you gotta handle employee payroll and shit, it could get messy.
I’ve lost lots of money while this, also it hasn’t been pretty. I’ve made some embarassing, yet very embracing mistakes. Your home is and learn.
Maybe i’ll share that at a later date.
But i’m alive, i have the opportunity to smile, pray, read, talk, move, breathe - and incredibly everyday above ground is success personally, that alone makes me the richest person.
Lesson 5 : Develop a Personality That’ll Give You Power, Respect, Influence, Income & Security
More and more i’m since the Internet Marketing, business industry is being more personal with all of this social media marketing stuff, you now have the power to make your own personal tribe (more because a little later)
Use your personality to increase online conversions, to draw well matched people, to develop your personal tribe and cultivate them, help them to succeed…
Develop yourself right into a friendly, trustable expert and advisor within your marketplace.
Then add personality - learn who to tell stories, in the event you aren’t funny, then learn how to be funny, when you have crooked teeth, then get a teeth fixed, in case you are boring, discover ways to be interesting and being Thinking about others.
These are all bits of advice i either paid to learn, or learned via implementing day-to-day.
people jump in and get noticed of the profession, well i used to when i taken notice of others, lol, now i seriously don’t much. Attention is safe therefore i remain focused on who i would like / must serve.
As being a personality on the internet is something i learned from Dan Kennedy a long time ago.

Surround yourself with people you would like to be similar to. This could be probably the most valuable piece of advice i ever got, you then become the average with the 5 people you put around you.
This is actually the fastest method to start making the results you want, at this time i've a circle of 7-8-9 figure friends that are doing practically on their own.
I would like a business like theirs - so i surround myself together. I wish to avoid costly mistakes, and so i surround myself together.
Whenever you think that you're hitting a roadblock, work with a mentor, a teacher, an advisor, i’ve been doing this shit for soo a long time, it blows my head - that a lot of people don’t get it done.

After which that learning becomes something i fill my days with.

I spend SOOOOOOOO a lot of time alone, i don’t find many individuals accomplish that. When i’m alone i would often walk approximately random strangers, usually seniors and speak to them, let them have attention and seek wisdom and life lessons they could give me.
It makes life easier.
Constantly being “on” and being reactive to others doesn’t give your mind and brain a chance to rest and replenish and nourish itself.
Being alone on your own without any distractions provides you with the chance to clear the mind, focus, and think and do more clearly, effectively plus more efficiently. Damn, consider this - this web site post takes me like Three hours to publish and it’s maybe because i’m by myself…
Travelling alone, spending time alone can be a beautiful thing very few people understand. I understand just because a lot of individuals will always let me know - how come you travel alone ? lol.
Ever since i travel the world 90% of the time by myself, i can meet strangers, i have confidence to spark a conversion with anyone and everybody at any moment so i don’t have to be lonely easily don’t want to.
And extremely i love my own, personal company! HAHAHAH. lol.
Spending some time alone, having a notepad- journal - offline, with no internet and in “Real Life”, walk around, spend time with nature and nourish yourself, love yourself, that's where breakthru’s, clarity of thinking is derived from, a minimum of for me anyway.
Pray. (if that’s your lifestyle!)
Time passes Mosque up to i can, sometimes as a result of my travelling i can’t, but i’ll require a prayer mat and pray - during my college accommodation.
But i always spend some time in deep prayer.

I realised spending time alone, i buy to essentially develop my clear thinking with techniques that i don’t do when I’m with friends, business peeps, family, i gotta get away and invest some time on my own.
Or possibly that’s my excuse for visiting a different country every month. lol.
Buy a simple or perhaps a fancy journal having a fancy pen, go take the $50 on the pen and be proud of currently talking about your lifetime, your challenges, your objectives, visions, and dreams. An existence worth living is really a life worth recording.

However, you'll want it in your mind ALREADY and live confidently to attract what you would like.
I seriously couldn’t give a toss what anyone thinks of me, they are doing their thing, i’ll do mine. I don’t compare myself to anyone, tonight i’m meeting a billionaire for lunch.
However, these are simply people and that i appreciate, respect their business where they're at, but this don’t mean i’m any smaller than them. Whenever you result from that place in places you own your greatness and you're simply in deep appreciation of what you are without all of the “stuff”….

When i started deciding which i can do a few things i want within this industry, i broke records, became top earner, charged more money for services than someone else, altered the landscape for various aspects and helped many people have more results than with other things.

Hire Merely a Players, the existing rule of hiring and outsourcing stuff - hire slow, fire fast is exactly what you should live and eat.
We have probably made more mistakes than i can count, employing friends, family, firing then re-hiring the identical people, arghhhhhhhh.
You need to develop yourself as well as the team as you go along, some won’t be growing as quickly as you, provide them with time, nurture them which help them grow and when it’s time - then you can grow apart or keep them on.
Although i have generated huge amount of money on this industry for myself, let me tell you i’ve probably lost more due to hiring the wrong people. I've endured a number of anxiety, craziness, worry as a result of wrong people that i have hired and i’ve hired a number of.
Lol.
My new stuff that i learned would be to Recruit Talent, rather than Developing it.
You simply gotta smile, learn, embrace this and proceed with the learning’s, i’ve started learning a lot more about building teams, i mean i still generated around $5 Million in sales within the last 4-5 years using a very tiny team - under 5 people.
They helped to get to stage 1, doesn’t mean they will help you get to stage 2. It was challenging to get, individuals will not grow as quickly as you, and you have to be comfortable with that, you gotta be happy with letting go, firing, having that uncomfortable conversation.
Over the next 5-7 years, I want to build various businesses and become in the $100million mark. I’ll do this (I’A)

Lesson 12 : Not Giving A Crap About What Anyone Says Or Thinks…
Developing “Thick Skin” is one of the greatest assets you can have in everyday life as well as in business, when you are not phased by competition, what others think of you, what others say, whoever they're, you begin and live from your location of owning your greatness.
I welcome criticism / feedback, but it never affects me, people see the entire world as they are not as the planet because it is.
My industry, the tiny Website marketing / Network Marketing / Home-based business Industry absolutely rocks, it helps people become real personal growth powerhouses of course, if anyone really sticks by using it, it has the possible ways to help people make huge amounts of money.
Oh and yes, its immensely profitable and it also lets you develop a true passive income should you do the work properly. Yes, autopilot income or whatever other “Insert Hype Word Here” kinda income exists using the multilevel marketing arena.
so many will say shit like, erm there’s no such thing as a second income or home business sucks etc….
I couldn’t care less - i redesign multiple 6 figures PASSIVELY - yes, handsfree income, in one income opportunity that so many people talked upon.
And knowning that one program, i’ve generated an excellent $1.A million in commissions.

At this time i will be the Top Earner in two different companies - Empower Network + MOBE.
Many individuals in this industry will look down at MLM’s / Network Marketing / Direct Sales business models and possess some kind of stupid viewpoint about this, it’s soo stupid and backwards.
Even Robert Kiyosaki and Mr . trump have raved about when they would begin from scratch they might enter into the concept of Network Marketing.
But, back to the stupid individuals with stupid views….

1) had some bad experience with others selling in their mind
2) they joined one when they was young and new and couldn’t allow it to be in to a success
SYSTEMS WORK. PEOPLE FAIL.

After i would be a newbie and i’d follow these what are known as Big Marketers always looking down and talking shit about home based businesses etc, it might create so much controversy within me and cause friction. Sometimes i wouldn’t wish to accomplish anything since i felt what's going to my pals think of me and just what will those big marketers think about me…
Then i basically said Screw Em.

Lesson 13 : Superhuman Protection From the Just one Finite Resource
Ahhh yes, that one - it’s why i don’t meet random people for tea, coffee or lunches. Even if they pay for it.
No it’s not because i’m arrogant but i’m better than anyone, cos i’m not.
It’s because i’m protective of my most effective, scarce resource : TIME.
I value my own time so much, where i don’t want to waste it on something that doesn’t fulfil me.
The concept of time is very fascinating. Learning and committing to Mastering the foundations with the 80/20 this is like maybe certainly one of my top 3 strategies of creating success and generating huge amount of money, you need to learn this topic - buy Perry Marshall’s book on 80/20.

I’m very strict with who i spend time with, what i do because time, as well as the feelings, energy, thoughts that can come from being in a place where time is spent.
I have no room in my life for negativity, people whining, complaining, bitching and moaning. No dram and leeches needed, let’s just say i have had my great number, lol.
My big lesson for Time is that, anything and everything in everyday life - you can get much more of, more customers, more money, more cars, more houses, more watches more XYZ….
What you can’t get is much more time.
It’s just the only part of everyone around you that we can’t buy, you could should you hire many individuals lol.
I respect time a good deal and i also expect everybody else to do so, after all it’s the only thing i can’t find a way to buy much more of!
